[2, blank], 411, [3, blank] pages. Full page and in-text illustrations throughout. Publisher's dark green cloth, spine and front board stamped in gilt and black; all edges of the text block trimmed; plain endpapers. Spine ends worn with a sliver of cloth missing at each end; edges and joints very lightly worn; corners bumped and worn; covers lightly rubbed, particularly on the rear board. Text block sagging just a little; front hinge cracked but still holding firm, rear hinge mended; very shallow ripple in the top of corner of the text block; some occasional trivial soiling.
