Spine leaning gently; spine ends and corners worn with some loss of cloth; joints abraded with a minor split on the rear joint; circular damp stain on the front board in the central gilt stamping; some minor, light soiling and splashes; corners bumped. Text slightly shaken; rear hinge starting; dark stain to the rear endpapers; light marginal soiling throughout; a couple instances of over-opening, first gathering slightly sprung. About very good.
