Small octavo (6.125 x 4.75 inches x 155 x 120 mm.). xli, [1, blank], 109, [1, printer's imprint] pages. Publisher's yellowish brown textured (faux alligator skin) cloth, spine and front board lettered in black; top edge gilt, others untrimmed; plain endpapers.
